Cancellation Policy
I am so excited to care for you and take care of all of your hair needs! Please see the following booking policies:
•If your services total more than $250, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment, and it will go toward the total cost of your service.
•If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time of arrival, please note that the deposit is non-refundable and a cancellation fee of 35% will be assessed.
*For any appointments that are missed without prior cancellation or notification- the deposit is non refundable and 75% cancellation fee will be assessed.
